The Assembly meeting was very successful and it was graced by no less City Mayor Kiko Cruz, aslo at the same the honorary Chaiperson. It was attended by the four cluster groups that comprises the council; the e-business, e-learning, e-government and e-infrastructure, led by Dr. Emmanuel Lagare, IICTC Chairman. The old name IICTECC or Iligan Information Communication and Technology and E-council was change and renamed to Iligan Information and Communications Technology Council or IICTC.
Yours truly was elected as Cluster chair of the e-business group and Mr. George Hamoy of the Iligan City Chamber of commerce & Industry was the co-chair.
