DOTA All Stars Tournament in Iligan City

We are inviting all DOTA team players to join our upcoming 2nd DOTA All Stars tournament. The Elimination round will be held at XD.net Café (new branch), located at Agoncillo cor. Aguinaldo sts. near jade net Café..

General Rule:
*Team must have 5 players.
*No age limit.
* The champion, second and third placers last year tournament are no longer qualified to join.

Rules in Playing:
*SG rules (w/ backdoor & w/ powerups)
*All pick / Alternate pick (Toss coin will determine whose team will choose first)
*No feeding or sharing of items

How to register:
*Team captain must personally register the team at XD.NET or at all Icafe near you & fill up the registration form.
*Must pay the registration fee amounting to Php 500.00.

Benefits of the winning Team:
We will hold a tournament to seek for the best team that will represent Iligan in the upcoming invitational tournament this coming Iligan City Fiesta. Also we will then sponsor & finance the winning Team in all their bet fights.

Note: Prize will depend on the number of teams that will qualify for the Tournament. Winner take all!
Registration is open until June 8, 2008!

Hi Felix this is Ralph at Spire CyberCafe just want to know what is the benefits of the Winning team past year ?? and im confused about something...

You said that... The champion, second and third placers last year tournament are no longer qualified to join.

But when i read the Rules it says that.... Must not be part of the WINNING TEAM for the past tournaments hosted in Iligan.

So what is the real rules is it The Champions blah blah blah.... or TOURNAMENT hosted in ILIGAN ??

Sorry for delayed response to all ur queries. I just arrived from a vacation. Actually, the tournament committee decided that those who get involved the last tourney and who made the finals including third placer are no long qualified to join the tourney. This a new policy we made, in addition to the rules. This is so, because we want to give chance other potential teams to grow and develop their skills. okies klaro ba?

Anyway, just keep on playing dota and practice and soon we will be sponsoring a big event for your category.

As to what map to be use, I think latest map will be used during the tourney. okies!

Those who participated last year's dota tourney hosted by IICOA only and who made in the finals CANNOT join anymore the present event. I hope I made my explanation very clear! okies..

Dota tourney finals will be on June 28, 2008, 6:00 PM @ XD.net Cafe II. Requesting the finalists to proceed the said metioned venue. okies!
