the best ISP is one who could provide you the fast internet connection and reliable services and support and prompt action and response in case your internet bug down. No network however is perfect...  |

In addition with my previous comment as to whom is the best ISP. sigoro katong ISP nga barato ra ilang monthly. Depende man gud pud na sa package imo gi kuha.
Basta when you think of best ISP, just remember the three words. FAST, RELIABLE & PROMPT.
