Good day,
I hereby would like to ask certification from IICOA for the upcoming event in CDO (ICON) tournaments.
ICON/CDO are hosting tournaments in CDO but they require certifications from ICON on their premises. I've asked on them if we could join with the permission of IICOA from Iligan City. And so they agreed.
I'll be forming up teams for Counter-Strike and DOTA.
Hoping for a reply on this.

Are your cafe accredited with IICOA? We will only take actions to those icafe who were accedited with us. Pls. furnish IICOA a copy of invitation from ICON/CDO that your cafe was invited for that said event.

I hope you dont get this wrong. We're no representing a cafe. We're representing ILIGAN.
Btw, I haven't made myself clear. I'm Ker from team Might and Magic, previous WCG mindanao representative, team Captain.
I'm still not sure if I can ask CDO(ICON) for an invitation of any sort. The game marshalls had simply asked us to come and join.
Regarding the CDO(ICON) approving of an IICOA certificate, it has already been discussed by them.
Most likely, we're asking for a certification first before gathering members for CS and DOTA division. Practice games will be nothing if a certification won't be available when needed.

Can't even properly implement a 15/hour rule to most cafes.

As I told you while ago, you are not a member of IICOA. We don't even know your identification. Secondly, ICON/CDO never informed me nor send notice regarding the said event you are saying.
As to minimum price (P15/HR)implentation, is non of your business anymore. wag kang pikon... okies!

haha.. dont get me wrong. i'm never pikon.
neways.. I need a solid argument kase para maklaro unsa jud ang needed.
As what I've posted, I represent no cafe cause we're just individuals. But we can represent any cafe registered with IICOA if totaly needed. You could've just said it.
And my identity.. I think i've made myself clear on my previous post. and we've already met in person and talked about that, but maybe you've forgotten the WCG winners in Iligan already.
And more. If it's REALLY needed for an invitiation, I'll go ask those who invited us to produce one from ICON/CDO. They're still in manila WCG representing mindanao at the moment.
If I have time, I'll pass by at your cafe so we can talk about it.

by the way. regarding the 15/hr. Why are there some cafes posting 15/HR but making people only play 25/2hrs? isn’t it contradictory?

pls. come and attend in our meeting tommorrow July 12, 2 pm at chicken king so that you will have a change to discuss with us regarding your request.
And as to Internet cafes who do not follow the price rate policy, pls, name the particular cafe and we will immediately take legal action against these erring operators.
