1. IICOA founding Anniversary on October 20, 2008
2. Updating/Reporting of existing Commitees:
a. Price Monitoring
b. Membership & Financial
c. Website
3. Other Matters
a. Replacements of inactive officers*
b. Weeding- out of illegal Internet Cafes*
c. Hiring of one (1) Regular Staff
d. Deffernment of Honorarium

* Inactive officer- are those officer who no longer attending meetings and are no longer interested to be part and involve the activities of the Association.
* Illegal Cafe- are those Internet cafe shops operating without business permit. These cafes do not follow rules and regulations promulgated and imposed by IICOA.
