A RESOLUTION ALLOWING IICOA MEMBER FOR SETTING OUT DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL RATES FOR THIS SUMMER BREAK
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees unanimously hereby approved the discount or promotional rates of minimum P10.00 per hour for this summer effective April 1, 2009 and will terminate on May 31, 2009, to help member coping up the maintenance costs on this lean period, considering that students are taking their summer break;
Whereas, member shall advised not to give discount/promotional rates below the allowed rate, otherwise sanctions will be take against the owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED as it is hereby unanimously resolved upon motion of BOT member Olomodin Hadjiazis and duly seconded by majority, to grant and approve the aforesaid discount/promotional rates.
