An IT serivice provider based in Cebu City is inviting IICOA member in their
business orientation on converting Icafe to Call Center this Saturday August 1,
2009 at Chicken King. Based on our conversation, the service provider gives a
shop owner the necessary skills, advice, technology, software etc. to convert an
Internet shop into a well-equipped call center. They even have voice/accent
training, a full-blown course and more importantly, they will provide us clients
from US.
The orientation will start at 2:00 PM. Ms. Jonalie Ping of Eshopping Corporation will give us the orientattion.
